Generating 10-Day Letters in Nexus

The following are instructions on how to generate a 10-Day Letter from your Nexus Management. First, in your Nexus Mgmt. inventory, make sure you have the Letter column checked, if not, add it.




Click on the letter icon on the job that you want to generate the letter for.


Then Select Letter to Send window will open. Click on 10-Day Letter then click the Send Letter button.


Click on the Case History Icon.



In the Documents section you'll see 10DayLetter under Documents. If it's not there, close the Case History, wait 5 minutes, open Case History again and it should be there. When the document is there, click on it.




Then, the letter will pop open and you can save it as a pdf or print it.
